Daniel K. Walk

Professional Experience

Dan is a litigation attorney with a practice that involves many areas of civil litigation with an emphasis in probate and real estate. He regularly handles litigation and pre-litigation claims regarding real estate, construction, contract disputes, land use issues, and probate issues including TEDRA actions. Dan also helps individuals and families with their estate planning needs. Regardless of what area of law your matter involves, Dan utilizes a practical approach to the law, carefully balancing his clients’ legal goals and expectations with their personal and financial goals and constraints.
While attending law school, Dan interned with the Department of Homeland Security (throughout his 2nd and 3rd years of law school) and sat first and second chair on numerous cases..
Dan’s experience is also unique in that he spent the better part of a decade working in the retail/service/labor industries before becoming an attorney, which gives him great perspective in dealing with people and facing the demands of the job at hand.
