Daniel K. Walk
Dan is a litigation attorney with a practice that involves many areas of civil litigation with an emphasis in probate and real estate. He regularly handles litigation and pre-litigation claims regarding real estate, construction, contract disputes, land use issues, and probate issues including TEDRA actions. Dan also helps individuals and families with their estate planning needs. Regardless of what area of law your matter involves, Dan utilizes a practical approach to the law, carefully balancing his clients’ legal goals and expectations with their personal and financial goals and constraints.
While attending law school, Dan interned with the Department of Homeland Security (throughout his 2nd and 3rd years of law school) and sat first and second chair on numerous cases..
Dan’s experience is also unique in that he spent the better part of a decade working in the retail/service/labor industries before becoming an attorney, which gives him great perspective in dealing with people and facing the demands of the job at hand.
Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Washington and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. During his undergraduate studies, Dan served as a Senate Intern with the Washington State Senate. During law school he served as the Ombudsman his first year and was a member of the J. Rueben Clark Law Society as well as a founding member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund local chapter.

Dan was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington where he continues to reside with his wife and children. He has lived abroad for short times throughout his life (Utah and Ukraine) but he always wound up back at home in Puyallup and is excited to serve the greater Puget Sound area, especially Pierce and King counties. While not practicing law, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, building things, rooting for all his hometown sports teams, reading good books, and watching great shows.
